Deep Blue Rescue

We received a call from a client about a shipwreck in their basement bathroom so we dispatched our emergency rescue team to save the day. By the time we arrived the bathroom had been over taken by sea creatures and we knew we had to act fast. The main attraction in this basement bathroom was a large steam shower that can nearly fit the whole family. We replaced the wrap around bench with a singular linear bench along the back wall accompanied by an over sized niche for storage to ensure the bench could do what it is intended to do and not be over run by bottles! We removed the wall that divided the toilet from the room to make the space appear much larger and open. The navy blue shiplap wall with the patterned design light color floor tiles elongates the bathroom giving it even more depth as you walk in. You will also notice in this bathroom that as you walk in your feet are greeted by an in floor heated tile system which makes getting out of the shower (even if it is a steam shower) even more bearable!
